25TH ANNUAL SUPER BOWL GRID RULES-2011-2012 SEASON
RULES & REGULATIONS
1) In order to win a prize, you must have the correct box at selected times during the Super Bowl. The winning box is determined by having the last digit of the score by both New England & New York. Example: If the halftime score is New England 14, New York 7, the winning box is the one showing New England 4, New York 7: Grid #1-Silentpofdoom; Grid #2-Noel1; Grid #3-Ricebowl.
2) Originally, there were 240 participants. At the end of the season, there are still 239 left who had less than 3 non-selecting weeks. If anyone failed to send in selections 3 times during the regular season, they were eliminated from the Super Bowl Grid (Boybe). Grid #1 will have $700, Grid #2 $345, Grid #3 $155.
3) The Top 100 finishers from the Guppy contest will be in Grid # 1. The next 100 finishers will be in Grid #2 and the remaining 39 finishers will be in Grid #3. The open 61 boxes in Grid #3 will be filled by the Top 61 finishers who won no money during the season including KOTH (College Bowl & Pro Playoff contests do not count).
4) In case of ties for position, the Guppy with the best record for Week 17 will fill the box first. If still tied, we go back to Week 16 etc. until the tie is broken. All disputes will be reviewed by the Board and their decision is final!!!

6) Week 17 has NO Monday night game. The Sunday night game (Dallas-Giants) will be used for the total points tiebreaker in Week 17 and if you still alive in KOTH III and fail to make a KOTH selection, your choice in this game will become your Best Bet.

8 ) Regular Season Winners: Packers-176; Panthers-171; Eagles-154.

9) LAST PLACE RULE-You must select in Week 17 to “win” the $250 Last Place prize. Boybe, Captain Jack & Rickyrude and anyone not selecting in Week 17 are not eligible for this prize since they either have 3 or more non-selecting weeks and/or they didn’t select in Weeks 16 or 17.
10) The Pro Playoff Contest rules will be emailed to everyone around January 1st. There are 195 eligible Guppies (see Participant List) who may compete. Please do not select if you are not eligible to participate even though you received an email. There is $1,960 in prize money (One Guppy paid after the season began). Prize money will be announced at a later date once Office Pool expenses are determined.
11) 2nd Page Dennis will be away from January 8-15. As a result, December monthly prizes and annual prizes and the College Bowl contest prizes will be mailed on or about January 22nd.
12) College Bowl Contest Update-This year, we allowed College Bowl Guppies to make selections after the start of the 1st Bowl game with omitted games considered a loss. However, as noted in the rules, in order to win the Last Place prize, you must have selected all 35 games. An error was made in the College Bowl prize money posting. The Guppy who paid after the season began joined the Pro Playoff contest, not the College Bowl contest. As a result, there are still147 paid eligible participants but $1,470 in the prize pool, not $1,480. The $10 will be deducted from amount allocated to expenses. That amount will now be $150, NOT $160.
13) A HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF OUR GUPPIES AND THEIR FAMILIES!!!!!
