2) 3 did not select in Week 16-Boo Boo NY, Bsandel & Cypress Fats. They receive the Visitor’s record (6-10). Cypress Fats now has 6 non-selecting weeks (7,11,12,14,15,16) and is eliminated from regular season competition and can’t receive a Super Bowl box. Ace Reporter (10,14), Boo Boo NY (16), Bsandel (16), Bsquaredbigapple (15), Captain Jack (11), Itspolo (14) & Texas Lump (10) have non-selecting weeks. If Ace Reporter does not select in Week 17, he is not eligible for a Super Bowl box. In addition, if you do not select in Weeks 16 or 17, you are not eligible for the Last Place prize.

Biggulpsuh, Flschbrger, Flyjy, Laxbro8822, Lip, Marsh1185, MM33, Pistola17, Tandsons, Thedutchman & Two Hot Chicks didn’t select the Thursday game and receive Tennessee (0-1).

Mr. Rutgers didn’t select the Thursday and 1^st Saturday game and receives Tennessee (0-1) & Philadelphia (0-1). Boy From Jersey, Bsquaredbigapple & Hombreoso did not select the Thursday game and both Saturday games and receives Tennessee (0-1), Philadelphia (0-1) & San Diego (1-0).

3) December Monthly Contenders-Weeks 14-17 plus Monday December 1^st game in Week 13- Loucress-35 Wins; Road Warrior-34 Wins; Adjust-Hair, BMS Mountain Goats, Danielthemaniel & Sjzuckerman-33 Wins. There are NO tiebreakers for monthly prizes.

4) 3 alive in KOTH III (Dartmouth Diamonds, Esol24 & Lfruchter). They have decided to play on with a 1000-600-430 split. There is NO carryover to the Playoffs. The deadline for your Best Bet selection is Noon on Sunday.

5) Week 17 has NO Monday night game. The Sunday night game (Cinn-Pitt) will be used for the total points tiebreaker in Week 17 and if you still alive in KOTH III and fail to make a KOTH selection, your choice in this game will become your Best Bet.

6) The selecting deadline for Week 17 is Sunday December 28, 2014 at 12:59 PM. There is no Thursday game in Week 17.

7) LAST PLACE RULE-You must select in Week 17 to “win” the $290 Last Place prize. Boo Boo NY, Bsandel & Cypress Fats and anyone else not selecting in Week 17 are not eligible for this prize since they didn’t select in Weeks 16 or 17.

8) The Pro Playoff Contest rules will be emailed to everyone shortly. There are 202

eligible Guppies (see Participant List-2014 Eligible Guppies) who may compete. Please do not select if you are not eligible to participate even though you received an email. If you are eligible to participate, please use the same nickname as in the regular season contest. There is $2,020 in prize money. Prize money will be posted shortly also.

We are attempting to have a progressive playoff point contest with Week 1 selections counting as 1 point each and two Best bets also counting as 1 point each. In Week 2, we want each selection to be 2 points each and the Best Bets 2 Points each and so on thru the Super Bowl, We will also have Over-Unders this year.

9) An error was made in the Eligible List. The Tragically Hip Esq chose to participate in the College Bowl contest and NOT the Pro Playoff contest. In addition, Dougiebonez, El Duderino & Pieragostini selected in the College Bowl contest but did not pay to enter so their selections will be deleted. Haircutinacan selected in error under his prior year nickname-Shap Attack and his selections WILL count.

10) 2^nd Page Dennis will be away from January 3-10. As a result, December monthly prizes and annual prizes and the College Bowl contest prizes will be mailed on or about January 24th.

2) 2 did not make selections in Week 15-Cypress Fats & Bsquaredbigapple. They receive the Home record (5-11). It is the 5^th non-selecting week for Cypress Fats and the 1st non-selecting week for Bsquaredbigapple.

The following 8 Guppies-Boo Boo NY, Bsandel, Hombreoso, Italian G, Mr. Rutgers, PSJ27, Sassy Kid & Texas Lump did not select the Thursday game in Week 15 and receive the Visitor-Arizona (1-0). They were NOT eligible for the Best Week prize but remain eligible for the Best Month-December prize.
3) 7 alive in KOTH III. KOTH III ends after Week 17 and does not carry into the playoffs. We apologize for the late posting of Week 15 KOTH III on the website. There was a problem with the gridguppy.com server. It was not because we didn’t pay our bill for the website.

4) Week 16 has a Thursday game and 2 Saturday games. Week 17 has NO Thursday game.

5) LAST PLACE RULE-You must select in Weeks 16 & 17 to “win” the $290 last place prize and can’t have more than two non-mailing weeks. If you fail to select the Thursday game in either Week 16 but select the remaining 15 games for that week, you remain eligible for the last place prize.

6) The Super Bowl Grid Pro-Forma will be posted after Week 16. There will be 3 grids and at this time 266 eligible Guppies will receive at least 1 box (Cypress Fats is out). The remaining 34 boxes will be filled by the Top 34 Guppies who did not win any prize money in any Pro contest during the entire season (Regular season & KOTH).

7) The Pro Playoff Contest will be activated and rules will be posted on the website during Week 17. We will be using Office Pool to make selections.

9) College Bowl Contest-The College Bowl Contest prizes are based on total wins, NOT win percentage. The contest begins at 11 AM Saturday December 20. Selections will be posted on a game by game basis by Office Pool until Monday January 12 @ 9 PM when the Championship game and total point selections are posted. There are 39 Bowl games and the only prize that you can’t win unless all 39 games are selected is the Last Place Prize. If you had selected your College Bowl games as soon as the contest email was sent to you, you will note that you had to select a team to win the Championship game and total points with your other selections. That remains the same. However, we believe this is just a “Placeholder” for our Pool and is really only for Pools that release all selections prior to the January 1^st semi-finals. The original Office Pool selection sheet allowed you to change your selections by January 4 at Noon for the Championship Game and any other remaining games so if your selection was eliminated in the January 1^st semi-final, you could change still change your selection to a team that was playing by January 4 or change the Total Points. That deadline has been extended. You now have until game time on January 12^th to do so since all bowl game selections will be released by Office Pool as they are played on a one by one basis.   We believe there will be a point spread for the Final game once the teams are determined. You will have to re-enter Office Pool once the Final Line has been determined and you may change your selection and total points up to game time. 

8) The Pro Playoff Contest will be activated and rules will be posted on the website during Week 17. We will be using Office Pool to make selections.

2) LOOKING AHEAD-In Week 15, we have a Thursday game.  In Week 16, there is a Thursday game, 2 Saturday games and 13 games played on Sunday.  In Week 17, there is NO Thursday game and NO Monday game. Tiebreaker (Points) will be the Sunday night game.

If you do not select the Thursday game in Week 15 and Thursday and Saturday games in Week 16, you will receive the visitor in the omitted games.  As long as you select the remaining Sunday & Monday games in Week 15 & 16, you will not be eligible for the Best Week prize but will remain eligible for the Best Month-December prize.  Of course, if you do not select at all, you receive the worst record of the Home, Visitor, Favorite or Underdog.  You must select all games prior to the Thursday game but may change any game not played by Sunday at 12:59 PM.

3) If you signed up for our College Bowl Contest, the rules will be posted on the website shortly and lines will be posted on Office Pool.  The first game is Saturday December 20th at 11 AM (Eastern).

5) If you have split screen TV, you were able to watch the Giants and Jets at the same time in Week 14. However, if you did, you are a sick puppy.  If you have Direct TV and have the NFL package, on channel 702 you can watch all games being played at the same time.  However, in Week 14, there were nine 1 PM games so one game could not be shown on that channel.  It was the Jet-Viking game.

Good News, Bad News-Bear Man was listed in KOTH III Week 12 as not making a Best Bet selection and receiving his Monday selection-New Orleans (Loser).  He actually had made a selection (Cincinnati) and was still alive entering Week 13.  The bad news is he selected the Giants in Week 13 and is now eliminated from KOTH III.
